Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is actively seeking a dedicated Dialysis
Facility Administrator to direct the day-to-day operations of our
dialysis facility. This role ensures the highest quality of care
and operational efficiency in accordance with state and federal
regulations, as well as our organization's standards. The
Administrator will manage staff, oversee patient care, and ensure
adherence to policies and procedures. You will also be responsible
for budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong relationships
with patients, families, and the community. This position is
crucial to not only maintaining but also enhancing the patient
experience and operational excellence at our facilities. Oversee
all aspects of daily operations within the facility, ensuring
compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Manage, recruit, and train facility staff to ensure high levels of
competency, professionalism and patient care. Monitor and improve
patient satisfaction through direct interaction and implementation
of feedback. Prepare and manage the facility's budget, financial
reports, and forecasts to achieve financial goals. Ensure accurate
and timely documentation and reporting in accordance with company
policies and compliance requirements. Promote a culture of health,
safety, and ethical practices within the facility while adhering to
all safety protocols and regulations. Strong leadership and
management skills Proficiency in healthcare management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid
understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditations Ability
to manage budgets and financial records Problem-solving and
conflict resolution abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Manager (CHFM) preferred Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN)
or dialysis related certification a plus
