Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of Licensed
Practice Nurse in our Medical Surgical department. This role
involves providing direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare
setting, under the supervision of a registered nurse and within the
scope of nurse practice acts. Our LPNs play a crucial role in
patient recovery and advocacy, as well as in the execution of
medical regimens prescribed by licensed physicians. Join our

Administer medications and treatments timely and according to
policy Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as
appropriate using computerized documentation systems Participate in
collaborative teams to assess patient safety and implement care
plans Educate patients and families on health maintenance and
disease prevention Support patient independence by establishing
patient care goals Strong practical nursing skills Excellent
patient management abilities Proficiency in using healthcare
software and systems Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work well in a team Medical Insurance Dental

licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Basic Life Support
