Job Description:
Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Registered Nurse and become

ensure optimal treatment and patient comfort. This position offers
a $5,000 sign-on bonus and provides an opportunity to work in a
dynamic environment with a focus on quality patient care and
professional growth. Administer dialysis treatments in accordance
with clinic policies and procedures. Assess patient condition
before, during, and after therapy, documenting all pertinent
information. Coordinate with dietitians, technicians, and doctors
to provide holistic care to patients. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, treatment, and homecare procedures.
Maintain and operate all dialysis-related equipment safely and
effectively. Adhere to all infection control policies and
protocols, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. Proficiency
in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis Strong interpersonal skills
and patient empathy Excellent communication and organizational
skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
BLS/CPR certification required at hire CNN (Certified Nephrology
Nurse) certification preferred
