unit including patient care and staff management. Develop and
implement nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
members. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff nurses, aiding
in their professional development. Manage patient care logistics to
optimize treatment processes and reduce wait times. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes Ensure the
ER is equipped with necessary supplies and resources. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Expertise in emergency nursing
practices Ability to manage and mentor nursing staff Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle high-stress
situations calmly and effectively Medical Insurance Dental

(RN) licensure in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
