care in a Stepdown unit, delivering compassionate and attentive
support to patients transitioning from intensive care to general
care. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) skilled in Stepdown care, ready to contribute

and assess patient conditions closely, recognizing signs of
improvement or deterioration. Administer medications and treatments

interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care
plans. Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and
health maintenance. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of
patient status and interventions. Respond promptly to emergencies
and changes in patient condition. Desired Qualifications: Current
and valid RN license. Proven experience in Stepdown or progressive
care nursing. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
