Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at HCA Healthcare's Inpatient
Rehabilitation Hospital, you will be an integral part of a
compassionate team dedicated to the intensive rehabilitation of
patients following significant injuries or surgeries. This role
requires a deep commitment to patient care, supporting recovery
processes, and collaborating with a diversity of healthcare
professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise
in nursing will assist in delivering personalized, efficient, and
high-quality care to each patient in our state-of-the-art
facilities. Implement nursing care plans for each individual
patient. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in
patients' conditions. Assist with patient rehabilitation and
recovery through effective nursing interventions. Operate medical
equipment and assist with patient mobility. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care. Educate
patients and their families on post-discharge care needs.
Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical
emergencies. Excellent decision-making and multi-tasking
capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Medical

Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Certification in
Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) preferred.
