Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Nurse Extern in the Post-Anesthesia
Care Unit (PACU) on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will
support the PACU team in providing exemplary postoperative care,
adhering to established guidelines and helping ensure patient
comfort and safety. This position offers a unique opportunity to

experienced nursing professionals. Assist in monitoring patients
and managing their pain post-surgery Help in documenting patient
status and the care provided Support registered nurses and medical
staff in the delivery of patient care Prepare and organize patient
rooms, supplies, and equipment Ensure compliance with all health
and safety regulations Strong observational skills Ability to
communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team Basic
understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
Capability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Active status
as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) beneficial but not
mandatory
