Physical Therapist Location: Sylva, NC Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,219 to $2,419 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. Current BLS (CPR) certification from AHA or ARC. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits across the service area. Experience in home health settings preferred. Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop PT plans of care, and document per CMS and agency policy. Willingness to participate in weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as required by patient needs. Assignment Details Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist. Facility Type: Home Health.
