working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in
Asheville, North Carolina, 28801! Job Title: Registered Nurse -

Must-Have: Titration of Vesicant Medications Familiarity with
Pressors Experience with Sedation and Paralytics Experience with
Ventilators Experience with Tracheostomy Care Telemetry
Interpretation Understanding of Hemodynamics PA Catheter Setup and
Interpretation Description: The unit has a total of 16 beds.
Patient ratios vary from 2:1 or 1:1, occasionally 3:1 depending on
acuity. Registered Nurses only, no unit secretaries or patient care
technicians available. Equipment utilized includes Ventilators,
Telemetry, Baxter IV Pumps, IABP, CRRT, Impella, and Hypothermia
devices. Documentation is done through Cerner. The scheduling
requirement is 36 hours per week, including alternating weekends.
Travelers may float to all areas within the facility. Experience in
an ICU setting is required. Advanced skills in IABP, Impella, and
CRRT are appreciated. Procedures performed on the unit include
Cardioversion, Central Line Insertion, EGD, Bronchoscopy, Chest
Tube Insertions, Pericardiocentesis, and Thoracentesis. The
required dress code includes navy or navy and white scrubs. No
pullovers, hoodies, or green scrubs allowed except when soiled at
work. Unit-specific policies and guidelines should be adhered to.
