Job Description:
Join a well-established, growing cancer program in a highly
desirable Southeastern community. This is an excellent opportunity
to step into a comprehensive, fully supported and growing oncology
service line with access to advanced therapies, clinical trials,
and a strong multidisciplinary team. • Join an experienced team of
5 physicians and 7 APPs • 4-day clinic week with rotating dedicated
inpatient week; APPs take first call • Strong clinic support with
1:1 RN and 1:1 MA ratios • Fully integrated cancer center with
surgical oncology, infusion, oncology pharmacy, advanced imaging,
interventional radiology, nurse navigators, radiation oncology,
palliative care and more • Community-based practice with
opportunity to teach and mentor medical students and internal
medicine residents within a growing GME program • Access to 80
Phase I-III clinical trials through a nationally affiliated
research network • Advanced malignant hematology program including
autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant, CAR-T, and
bispecific therapies within a FACT-accredited program • Epic EMR
with AI • Base guarantee transitioning to productivity with a
competitive wRVU rate and proven earnings in the 90th percentile •
Generous signing and relocation incentives • Student loan repayment
available; PSLF-eligible employer • Retirement plan with 50% match
on up to 4% of salary plus an additional 5% employer contribution •
