8/24/26-8/30/26, 9/7/26-9/13/26, 10/5/26-10/11/26, 8-5, · Practice
Setting: Hospital-Based · Type of cases and required procedures:
Lumbar Puncture, Thrombolytic Therapy · Credentialing timeframe: 2
months · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC · Certifications
required: Board Certified/Board Eligible and Basic Life Support ·
