EP Tech / EP Lab Tech Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,037 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: EP Tech Profession: Allied Specialty: EP Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years of EP experience required License: BLS, ACLS (Tech) Certifications: ARRT-R or RCIS or RCES Must-Have: - Experience with electrophysiology studies (EPS), catheter ablations, and implantable devices. - Ability to scrub and monitor cases simultaneously. - Experience with moderate sedation (versed/fentanyl). Description: This position is for an EP Tech. There is 1 EP Lab, which is expected to grow to 2 by the end of 2026. The case load averages 4-5 EP cases per day. The patient population consists of adults only. Common diagnoses include electrophysiology studies, catheter ablations, generator changes, cardioversions, and pacemaker/defibrillator implants. The EP Tech will work within a 4-person team for each case. The department is supported by a charge RN, a scheduler, and rapid response teams available 24/7. The technology used includes an electronic medical record system, IV pumps, and specialized mapping equipment. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in the required skills.
