Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Hickory, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 05/25/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Facility Info: Frye Regional Medical Center 420 N Center Street Hickory, NC 28601 Shift: 7am-5:30pm Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Unit Overview/ Requirements: Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: various Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of cath lab, Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
