Qualifications: ??The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)
coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in
accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the
department,and consistent with the scope and standards of practice
for the relevantstate andspecialty. In collaboration with medical
providers and other members of the care team, the Labor and
Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized,
comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing
models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The Labor and
Delivery RN serves as an advocate forpatients/families/caregivers
and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values
to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes
that contribute to overall departmental performance.? What
qualifications you will need: - Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be
obtained within 1 year of employment start date - Basic Cardiac
Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
date - Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of
employment start date - (RN) Registered Nurse - Associate Degree,
or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma No Travel Required
