With Onsite Lab & Onsite X-Ray
Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine is not required
Trauma Level/Designation: II
How Many Physicians in the Group: 4
Documentation System/EMR: Epic

Required Procedures:

Colonoscopy
Liver Biopsy
Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
Lower GI Endoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy

Open dates:

6/9 (7a) - 6/16 (7a)
7/21 (7a) - 7/28 (7a)
8/18 (7a) - 8/25 (7a)
9/1 (7a) - 9/8 (7a)
11/24 (7a) - 12/1 (7a)

Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), with Injection of Varices, with Banding of Varices, with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy), Diagnostic, Therapeutic

Submission Requirement:

Board Certified Gastro - REQUIRED
Active SC license - REQUIRED
