Essential Job Functions
-Oversee the completion of all duties by Housepersons and Room
-PM Room Inspector/Inspectress should prepare the evening reports
and finish any jobs the AM crew did not.
-Know and follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a high
standard of cleanliness.
-Properly use all cleaning supplies and fluids to product
-Update room status with the Front Office Supervisor or the
computer system at designated intervals.
-Understand and operate all housekeeping equipment to product
-Perform and complete any special projects as assigned by the
-Know and actively practice the hotels' emergency procedures and
loss prevention guidelines.
-Establishes standards and procedures for the work of housekeeping
-Plans work schedules to ensure adequate service.
-Provide supervision and support to everyone in the department.
-Ensure that all reports are prepared completely and on time.
-Ensure that proper key controls are in effect.
-Ensure storage rooms are clean and neat.
-Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the
