--- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and
courtesy.
--- Ensure concierge procedures are thoroughly documented,
consistently trained, and properly implemented across the team.
--- Monitor inventory levels of fobs/transponders and procure
supplies as necessary.
--- Coordinate monthly schedules in collaboration with the
Assistant Manager.
--- Assist residents with the receipt and delivery of packages and
conduct a package audit.
--- Coordinate unit access for service, repair, and maintenance
vendors.
--- Respond to special requests from residents and follow up to
ensure satisfaction.
--- Provide residents with information on vendors, local amenities,
events, parking and community activities.
--- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, messages, and
inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up or resolution.
--- Communicate and escalate requests to the appropriate team
members when necessary.
--- Oversee reservations for the loading dock, service elevators,
and building amenities.
--- Maintain detailed shift logs and generate incident reports when
needed.
--- Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular inspections of
community common areas.
--- Immediately contact authorities in the event of any safety or
security breach.
--- Perform additional duties as required in support of building
operations and resident satisfaction.
