Hospital: Location: Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Address: 190 Hospital Drive Unit Name: Rehab Services Building: Cost Center: 27640-76606 General Information Unit Specifics: Scrub Color(s): any Number of Beds : 24 Patient Ratios : workflow is one patient per hour Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Critical Care access hospital, with predominantly swing bed patients. Rehab focused. On average there are 2 CNAs per shift, and rehab has a tech 20 hours per week. Type of equipment: All lift equipment is available, large rehab gym with different pieces of equipment Documentation system: Cerner Scheduling requirements: set schedule of Monday-Friday (8:00- 4:30) Floating policy: will float to Eckerd Living Center if needed (which is in the same building). Primary location will be Highlands-Cashiers Hospital Patient Experience requirements: Prefer 1 year of experience at minimum Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS required Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: ability to evaluate and treat patient admitted to the hospital with a strong rehab mindset. Focus is on treatment (vs. eval only). Advanced skills needed: none Procedures performed on unit: comprehensive OT evaluations and treatments.
