Bakery Manager in Simpsonville, SC, and be an integral part of

you will support the Bakery Manager in overseeing all facets of
bakery operations, ensuring impeccable product quality, and
providing legendary customer service. Assist in managing the daily
operations of the bakery department, ensuring compliance with
company standards and health regulations. Help oversee the
production of bakery goods, ensuring adherence to quality,
quantity, and product specifications. Train and mentor bakery staff
on product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational
procedures. Coordinate with the Bakery Manager for inventory
management, including ordering supplies and managing wastage.
Engage and build relationships with customers, providing them with
product recommendations and information on the latest offerings.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
according to state health and safety regulations. Assist in
scheduling staff shifts and managing department expenditures within
the budget constraints. Handle customer inquiries and resolve
issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, upholding the brand's
reputation. Skilled in baking techniques and food preparation.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent
communication and customer service skills. Proficient in inventory
management and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and stand for extended periods. Food Handler's
Certification (or equivalent) is required. ServSafe certification
is highly desirable.
