Job Description:
As the Director of Concessions at Aramark, you will play a
critical role in leading and managing all aspects of concessions
operations across multiple venues, including large-scale events,
corporate functions, and educational settings. This position
demands a high level of expertise in service excellence, menu
innovation, and operational management to ensure that our offerings
meet the high standards of quality and hospitality that Aramark is
known for. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance
concession sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Oversee
the entire concessions operations, ensuring all food and beverages
are of the highest quality and delivered with exceptional service.
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative,
cost-effective menus that meet the diverse tastes and preferences
of our clients. Manage inventory control, budgeting, and financial
management to meet or exceed financial goals. Recruit, train, and
mentor staff to deliver outstanding service while adhering to
safety and hygiene standards. Liaise with event coordinators, venue
managers, and senior management to ensure seamless operations
across all functions. Implement and maintain compliance with all
health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Strong leadership and
people management skills Excellent organizational and strategic
planning abilities Proven track record in budget management and
cost control Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage
multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills
