Job Description:
At Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
innovative software solutions, we are seeking an Enterprise
Restaurant General Manager to oversee our flagship restaurant
operations. This role combines culinary excellence with keen
business acumen to enhance our guests' dining experience
magnificently. The ideal candidate will strategically manage our
restaurant in alignment with our global brand, emphasizing
efficiency, quality service, and profitability. Oversee daily
restaurant operations and maintain high production, productivity,
quality, and customer-service standards. Coordinate the entire
restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review product quality and research new vendors. Organize and
supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback
to improve productivity. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen
utensils, and cleaning products. Ensure compliance with sanitation
and safety regulations. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest
ways to improve it. Control operational costs and identify measures
to cut waste. Proven customer service experience as a manager.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge. Proficiency in Point of Sale
(POS) software and other back-office systems. Strong leadership,
motivational, and people skills. Acute financial management skills.
