In this role you will be the subject matter expert on all things emerging talent and inclusion recruiting, partnering closely with the central talent attraction team to deliver a compelling messaging strategy that activates LinkedIn's employee value proposition across the candidate journey. As part of the Global Emerging Talent and Inclusion Recruiting (GETIR) leadership team within Talent Acquisition (TA), this role will establish, maintain, and evolve candidate messaging for early career and entry level talent and inclusion recruiting's target audiences to ensure alignment between the company's talent brand and the teams hiring priorities. In this role you will be a connector, creating environments for Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to form engaging and nurturing relationships with talented candidates, while also creating opportunities to attract a more diverse and inclusive talent pipeline. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact how Linkedln engages with candidates, as well as internally with their people in a meaningful and impactful way.

Core responsibilities include:
Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Senior Director of Emerging Talent and Inclusion Recruiting
Provide leadership eminence (go-to-market talent attraction POV, thought leadership, internal and external brand messaging support, change management and team enablement)
Partner with Global Talent Attraction team and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between company messaging, recruiting goals, talent attraction strategies and employee value proposition
Collaborate with the Global Talent Attraction team to leverage recruitment brand/candidate experience messaging and tactics with customization for Early Talent and IR pipelines
Assist Global Talent Attraction team with sourcing and creation of compelling, brand storytelling across paid, earned, and owned platforms relevant for emerging talent and underrepresented talent audiences
Develop GETIR recruitment brand KPIs and support measurement and optimization of the work in addition to managing team adoption of tools and messaging
Build relationships across the business model (Eng, Biz, Product) to ensure messaging aligns with desired mindsets, skill sets, immediate hiring needs, and workforce planning
Create talent attraction strategies and POV for emerging talent and IR job board strategy, including engagement parameters and how we engage with partners in alignment with the global talent attraction team's process
Own/Collaborate on monthly comms to broader GETIR team, and relevant stakeholders summarizing brand messaging updates and messaging activation
Develop and oversee a strategic Talent Nurturing process for GETIR (generated by events, partnership engagement, referrals)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of brand strategy, marketing, and communications experience, preferably in recruitment and/or employer brand
8+ years of demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, as well as with external creative and media agencies
2+ years of experience in a college or university and/or early talent career setting, as well as relevant D&I and Inclusion Recruiting experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong communication skills with the ability to connect the dots between multiple audiences
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadline

As required by C.R.S.
8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $103,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
