Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Recruiter I in the USA, for
a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for customers based on internal
product needs
Build relationships with product teams to understand their changing
needs and goals
Collaborate with fellow recruiters to develop and execute creative
strategies for finding research participants
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 1+ year of research participant recruiting experience is
desired
3+ years' experience in some form of high volume recruiting –
talent acquisition, staffing, UX, research recruiting, or related
fields
Passion for customer empathy and research is core for this role
Familiarity with UX research or research recruitment is a plus
