We are looking for a:
Bilingual WMS Trainer (Creole)



General Summary:
We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Management System (WMS) Trainer to join our team and support the training of the WMS. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with WMS systems and a passion for educating others in a warehouse or logistics environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members understand and utilize the WMS efficiently, enhancing our operational accuracy, speed, and productivity.


Required Skills:

3+ Years experience in warehouse or logistics environment
1 Year experience with training deliver with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, EWM, Blue Yonder)
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and engage in constant movement.
Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex information with diverse employee groups.
Must be bilingual in Creole and English

Responsibilities:

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions in both English and Creole to ensure full understanding among all team members
Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training on WMS and company-specific workflows.
Troubleshooting: Provide on the floor support, troubleshooting WMS-related issues, helping employees overcome challenges to ensure seamless operations.
Monitoring and Reporting: Gather feedback from users and supervisors to enhance the training experience and identify further training needs.

Schedule:


Mon-Fri 6-4, Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

$20/hr
