Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced HR Coordinator II to join our team in Anderson, South
Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part
in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while
ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This
position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment
where attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational
skills are essential. Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment
process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and
maintaining applicant tracking systems. • Coordinate and oversee
onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new
hires. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure
compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with departments to
optimize hiring processes and streamline HR operations. • Prepare
and manage documentation related to budgets, expenses, and travel
arrangements for the HR department. • Monitor adherence to
organizational standards and report any discrepancies. • Support
the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to improve
efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and reports to track HR
activities and progress. • Assist with the preparation and
submission of expense reports and lodging arrangements. • Ensure
communication between team members and stakeholders is clear,
thorough, and effective.• Proven experience in HR coordination,
recruitment, and onboarding processes. • Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking
systems. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to
handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to maintain
confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. • Strong
communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, team
members, and stakeholders. • Knowledge of budget processes, expense
reporting, and travel coordination. • Familiarity with HR policies,
compliance regulations, and optimization strategies. • High level
of attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in
documentation.
