Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician – Internal or Family Medicine Location: Greenville, SC Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $225,000 – $285,000 annually Relocation Assistance Provided We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our team in Greenville, SC . This full-time, outpatient-only position is ideal for a physician passionate about long-term patient relationships, comprehensive care, and practicing in a supportive, patient-first environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to a panel of approximately 450 adult patients Conduct routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and same-day sick appointments Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with in-house care teams including health coaches, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care Participate in preventive care initiatives and ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines Develop personalized care plans and monitor patient progress toward health goals Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited U.S. (stateside) medical school Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active and unrestricted South Carolina medical license 5 years of outpatient primary care experience post-residency Compensation & Benefits: Base salary between $225,000 – $285,000 , depending on experience Relocation assistance for out-of-area candidates Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Paid time off, holidays, and CME support Business casual work environment with no nights or weekends required Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
