Our goal is to work together as a fun, creative, and professional team; learning from and encouraging one-another as we push the state of the art forward in power electronics.The Role:The Technical Sales Engineer will use their extensive knowledge of our product's features and operations to sell and provide support to our customers. They will assess a customer's technical needs, explain details about technical products, place orders, attend sales events and trade shows, collaborate with sales teams, and assist in the development of new products.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Provide technical product and integration support to sales and customers for product introduction, detailed evaluation and qualification, and project delivery
  • Generate and follow-up with leads and new sales opportunities
  • Close deals, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Aid in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with Leadership on strategic initiatives as needed
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals
  • Respond to customer requests for information (RFIs) & quotation (RFQs)
  • Respond to questions about the integration & utilization of products in the field
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for comprehensive customer supportQualifications/Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, with a team-oriented attitude
    • Experience with Customer &/or Account management
    • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and power systems
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where initiative and ownership is a must
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention-to-detail, and multi-tasking capability
    • Must be self Driven and an energetic learnerExperience Requirements:
      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
