Software Support Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Software Support Representative to manage customer support issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and application support assistance for the product
Reproduce reported problems and determine alternative solutions
Escalate product issues through the proper channels and follow through to resolution

Required Qualifications:

Two years or more of helpdesk/software support experience
One year or more of travel industry experience
Established home office environment conducive to uninterrupted focus
Familiarity with common web technologies and software
Proficient skillset using ticketing systems for software-related issues
