room for growth. Job Details Job Details: As a Product Manager, you
will be a key player in our Tech Services industry, driving the
success and growth of our products. You will be responsible for the
entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and beyond.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about
technology, has a deep understanding of the Tech Services market,
and is eager to make a significant impact on our business.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and manage product
strategies and roadmaps to ensure product success in the market. 2.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on
time and within budget. 3. Understand customer needs and market
trends, and translate them into product requirements. 4. Work
closely with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business
goals and objectives. 5. Define and monitor key performance
indicators to understand product performance and user engagement.
6. Prioritize and manage product backlog, and make data-driven
decisions to improve product features and functionality. 7. Lead
product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and
customer success teams. 8. Facilitate communication throughout the
development process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and
understand product strategy and roadmap. 9. Continuously gather and
analyze feedback from customers and users to enhance the product
experience. 10. Drive customer success by ensuring the product
meets or exceeds customer expectations. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related
field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in Product Management, preferably in the Tech Services
industry. 3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a
successful product throughout its lifecycle. 4. Strong knowledge of
SaaS products and the Tech Services market. 5. Experience in IT
project management and familiarity with Agile development
methodologies. 6. Strong understanding of user experience (UX)
principles and customer success strategies. 7. Excellent
problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. 8.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability
to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 9. Ability to
work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously. 10. Self-motivated, proactive, and
results-driven, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve
