Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a GenAI Engineer position Title: GenAI Engineer Position type: Full-time/W2-Contract Duration: 6 Months with Possible Extension Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) As a GenAI Engineer, you will: Lead or participate in creating and putting into use advanced AI and Generative AI solutions. Deliver solutions for various business objectives and provide analytical support. Use neural network designs, including transformer models, to improve how things operate. Work hands-on with training and setting up large language models in different environments. Present analysis results, solution ideas, and AI-driven plans for business projects. Work on multiple AI and Generative AI projects, collaborating with business partners. Use large datasets, including SQL or NoSQL, to provide analytical support for models. Build quick test versions of projects to check their possibilities and value to the business. Check and approve models, helping to make them perform better while following necessary rules. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning. Familiarity with neural network architectures, including transformer-based models (like GPT or BERT). Hands-on experience fine-tuning, training, and deploying large language models. Good understanding of tokenization, embeddings, and model evaluation. Expertise in Python and key frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace. Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM-powered applications and workflows. Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) for scaling and deploying models. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL for managing various types of data. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
