Leasing Co., Ltd. The anticipated salary range for this role is
between $125,000.00 and $148,000.00. The specific salary offered to
an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications,
experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in
their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of
hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary
incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a

Responsibilities: Support CDQ Platform Lead, AD CDAO Office and
Global Coordination Team in defining and adopting the operating
model for DQ Measurement through CDQ. Partner with AD Tech team to
implement and maintain Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) Engine. Ensure
adherence to data quality measurement frameworks and standards when
defining DQ Rules. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and
implement data quality controls and ensure alignment with the
enterprise governance framework. Support the mapping of DQ Rules to
their DQ Controls and ensure relationships are established in
Collibra. Hold requirement gathering sessions and ensure functional
requirements and design are documented to all integration
components or any other needs: Collibra DIP, SNOW, PowerBI and TWS
Scheduler. Support business stakeholders to set up Data source
connections, configurations, DQ rules creation, etc. Facilitate
training sessions and promote best practices in data observability
and CDQ usage. Assist in testing upgrades and validating data
quality rule migrations. Evolve and refresh DQ Measurement and
Monitoring Standard, BRD/ SOP Procedures, Framework and address
audits as needed. Timely organization, maintenance, and
prioritization of the Collibra DQ implementation roadmap in
collaboration with AD Tech. Participate in the development of a
global operating model for data quality rule deployment.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growing into a strategic
support role for the CDQ Platform Manager. Support the preparation
of BAU and ad-hoc senior management decks and presentations. Role
is located in Charlotte, NC and will require an in person presence
on a hybrid schedule. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors Required
6-10 years of specialized experience in Financial Services Must
have prior experience with data quality measurement and monitoring,
including definition of business requirements, technical data
quality rules, metrics and exceptions management (preferably
Collibra Data Quality). Must have an understanding of Data
Governance best practices. Have prior experience with Data
Profiling, DQ Rule Creation, Data Management, along with the
ability to identify patterns and detect statistical anomalies in
datasets, is highly beneficial. Demonstrated experience with Data
Quality tools such as IBM Information Analyzer, Alteryx, Great
Expectations, Ataccama, or similar platforms. Strong relationship
management and influencing skills to build enduring and productive
alliances across matrix organizations. Strong team player with
excellent listening, interpersonal, facilitation, written, oral and
communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently
and successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under
pressure. Proven skills in MS Office suite, MS Excel, PowerBI, MS
Project and PowerPoint. Must be able to write complex SQL queries
(Subqueries, CTEs, joins, etc.) and perform analysis on data.
Familiar with JIRA Project Tracking, Confluence Document
Management, SDLC phases and process. Ability to work with little or
no supervision and proven ability to meet established deadlines.
