Year-end performance bonus based on hourly billing goals.Job DetailsAttorney will be expected to conduct depositions and prepare legal documents including, without limitation, memoranda, correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed to practice in South Carolina
• 0-5 years' defense litigation experience
• Experience in SC state courts
• Must have excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Exceptional research, analytical and writing skills are required
