sophisticated estate planning documents: revocable and irrevocable
trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds & marital property
agreements. Design and implement personalized estate and business
succession plans Handle estate and trust administration from start
to finish with precision and professionalism Counsel clients on
strategies for wealth transfer, minimizing estate tax exposure, and
charitable giving Stay ahead of legal trends and regulatory changes
in trust and estate law What You Bring: Experience in estate
planning and trust administration Strong legal writing and
analytical skills Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
and colleagues alike Licensed in North Carolina or eligible to
