This position involves working on a variety of complex matters, including labor and employment, intellectual property, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation issues. The role offers flexibility in office location and a competitive compensation package. Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities - Handle a range of litigation matters across multiple practice areas. - Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. - Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings. - Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases and client initiatives. - Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in your state of residence/state of office location - 3-8 years of experience in general litigation; experience in commercial disputes preferred. - Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
