Job Description Job Description Attorney Senior Attorney Position Overview The Senior Attorney will provide expert legal representation and guidance in personal injury cases, managing litigation from inception to resolution. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities - Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish. - Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and options. - Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs. - Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments. - Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients. - Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in personal injury law. Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active state bar license. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation. - Proven track record of successful case outcomes in court. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and research abilities.
