Associate Attorney (3-6 Years) – New York, NY; Washington, D.C.;
Charlotte, NC Direct Counsel is seeking a CLO / ABL / Structured
Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in
New York, NY, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte, NC. About the Role:
The firm’s Capital Markets department is looking for associates
with 3-6 years of substantial experience in one or more of the
following areas: Private securities offerings and/or securitization
General bank lending , including syndicated lending Asset-backed
lending and/or structured lending Experience with CLO, ABS, and/or
CMBS is a plus, but not required Qualifications: J.D. from an
accredited law school with strong academic credentials Admission to
the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (New York, D.C., or North
Carolina) or eligibility for admission Solid law firm experience
handling complex structured finance and lending matters
Compensation: Anticipated annual base salary range: $260,000 –
$420,000 The actual salary will depend on factors such as
qualifications, years of experience, and location This is an
