General Labor, On-Route Helper, Entry Level - We’re immediately hiring General Laborers / On-Route Helpers to manually/mechanically collect waste and assist drivers in Asheville, NC. The role of the On-Route Helper involves assisting the Driver during waste removal services on designated residential routes. This position ensures prompt and courteous service to customers by safely loading waste into the vehicle, carrying bags and containers for disposal, and helping guide the Driver while maneuvering the vehicle. In addition, the On-Route Helper helps to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, as well as the residential route and work area. Working with recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean. NO DIPLOMA OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED Tons of Growth Potential - We Promote from Within! MORNING SHIFT AVAILABLE! As a full-time General Laborer / On-Route Helper, you’ll earn $20.00 per hour.
