Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full?time W?2 Class A CDL drivers based in Aiken, SC, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. Progress is evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments. Typical freight and equipment No?touch dry van freight; approximately 70% drop?and?hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Primary responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on?time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Perform and document daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections and report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs. Adhere to company safety standards and maintain professional conduct with customers and company personnel. Minimum requirements and compliance Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a valid U.S. Class A CDL. Meet DOT medical and licensing requirements. Recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply; training eligibility requires at least 120 hours of instruction for the paid training program.
