Your Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to prevent shortages or excess stock. Use SAP and Schaeffler production systems to input, update, and retrieve production data. Generate reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools to support production planning and analysis. Identify potential production delays or issues and proactively communicate with relevant departments. Assist in maintaining production documentation and compliance records. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data and workflows. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Your Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Demonstrates proficiency in adhering to both written and spoken directives, and excels in crafting articulate communication in English. Capable of comprehending and evolving manufacturing procedures and timelines. Possesses keen visual acuity. Equipped to handle the lifting of moderately heavy items when necessary.
