Job Description:
Spring Up (Experienced) Location: Lenoir, NC Pay: DOE (Depending
on Experience) Shift: 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire A local furniture
manufacturer in the Lenoir area is looking for an experienced
Spring Up worker to join their upholstery team. This is a
first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term
growth. Responsibilities: Install and tie springs on upholstered
furniture frames Ensure consistent quality and meet daily
production standards Work safely and efficiently in a team
environment Qualifications: Previous Spring Up or upholstery
experience required Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Pay & Growth: Pay is DOE
and will be re-evaluated monthly until permanent hire. Once hired
full-time, position moves to a production-based pay structure .
