Job Description Job Description Job Title Woodworker/ Cabinet Builder Location Fountain Inn, SC Pay $18 / hr Shift 1st shift, typically working 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday with varying Friday schedules. Job Summary Woodworker/Cabinet Builder: The role requires meeting quality standards and deadlines, with flexibility to work weekends and extra hours if needed. Responsibilities Set up and operate woodworking machines such as power saws to cut and shape lumber Trim component parts of joints using hand tools like planes, chisels, or wood files Sand and scrape surfaces and joints in preparation for finishing Install hardware like hinges, catches, drawer pulls, and knobs Build fixtures, displays, trellis, and other wood items Make cut lists and build custom wedges, merchandisers, and fillers Operate table saw and miter box for custom fixtures Use hand tools, drills, sanders, nail guns, and routers Turn in labor and materials for projects and keep work area clean Perform other related duties as needed Preferred Skills 1-3 years' experience in construction or building Ability to work under deadline constraints and meet quality standards Proven mechanical aptitude Ability to read and write instructions, manuals, and reports Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently Flexibility to work weekends and extra hours if needed Interpreting blueprints and shop drawings (not required but beneficial) How to Apply https://www.workboxstaffing.com/job -results/ Equal Employment Opportunity
