We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our production team at
a respected and growing wholesale bread manufacturer. We are a
small but expanding bakery specializing exclusively in high-quality
bread—no sweets, no frills, just great bread. Our dedicated team
takes pride in doing things the right way while fostering a
supportive, family-oriented work environment. Position Overview We
are looking for a dependable, entry-level baker to join our
production department. This role is ideal for someone eager to
learn large-scale bread production and develop a well-rounded
understanding of the baking process. You will work hands-on as part
of a seven-person production team, learning the flow of product
through mixing, processing, proofing, and baking. Over time, this
position will grow to include shaping, scaling, and other skilled
production responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Previous
experience in food manufacturing or production preferred Strong
attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance
and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, hands-on environment Knowledge of food safety and
sanitation standards is a plus Strong sense of urgency and
consistency Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement Key
Areas of Focus Learn and apply bread-making fundamentals in a
fast-paced production setting Work across multiple bread lines,
handling and processing dough Develop an understanding of
production flow and patterns for different bread types Maintain a
clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with food
safety regulations Support company policies, safety procedures, and
operational goals Demonstrate reliability, collaboration, and
initiative with the goal of advancing into more skilled roles What
