Position Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for
overseeing employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment.
This role involves planning and assigning work, implementing
policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in
production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working
conditions. What you'll do Foster positive employee relations;
provide coaching and development Make employment-related decisions
and resolve issues through problem-solving Balance quality,
productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve optimal results
Drive continuous improvement across all areas Manage departmental
performance metrics and provide regular progress reports Lead
through a 30-day planning cycle. Conduct accident investigations.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels. Set and manage departmental
priorities Ensure a safe and clean work environment through
training and compliance Track absenteeism and timekeeping. Who you
are High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years’
experience in a manufacturing production setting Textile experience
(particularly cut-and-sew operations) strongly preferred Knowledge
of lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement. Strong
interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills Ability to read
and use a tape measure General knowledge of fabrics Sewing
experience preferred; familiarity with industrial sewing machines
High accuracy with names, numbers, and spelling Ability to stand
for extended periods and lift continuously Strong attention to
detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word What's in
