Job Description:
The Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a respected global
nonprofit organization, is seeking a skilled Printing Press
Operator for our 2nd shift. This role is pivotal in producing
high-quality printed materials that support our relief,
development, and peace initiatives worldwide. By joining our team,

communities around the globe. We are looking for a candidate who
upholds the values of diligence and precision in a fast-paced,
dynamic production environment. Set up and operate various types of
printing presses. Monitor print runs to ensure quality and
consistency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on
press equipment. Adjust controls to regulate flow of ink and speed
of the press. Collaborate with the production team to meet print
order deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and
maintain a clean work area. Proven ability to operate and maintain
printing presses effectively. Strong attention to detail. Ability
to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent
problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced,
