Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing - Supervise and mentor a team of skilled
employees to ensure efficient production and completion of the
F-16V Block 70, focusing on quality, safety, and schedule
adherence. - Enforce strict compliance with company policies,
safety regulations, and production standards, while maintaining
high levels of product quality and operational excellence. -
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production
efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of completed
aircraft. - Build strong working relationships with internal teams,
the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and the System
Program Office to ensure production milestones are met and customer
expectations are exceeded. - Manage resources such as personnel,
equipment, and materials, ensuring effective production flow and
resolution of any logistical challenges. - Evaluate team
performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement
corrective actions when necessary, while recognizing and rewarding

Experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure
Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations. Experience
leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or
time sensitive technical or operational issues. Experience reading
and interpreting blueprints. Experience interacting with
internal/external customers. Experience with Microsoft Office
Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Desired skills Ability
to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments. Structural
repair, fabrication, and assembly experience. A/C production
experience. Ability to create and utilize metrics related to
performance. Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on
all executive operations metrics. Experience in Lean Manufacturing

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
