We are happy to announce that we are raising driver pay to an average of .62 CPM.

Pay

• Minimum Pay Program - If you have 6 months experience, earn at least
• $1,100 a week for drivers without a Hazmat endorsement
  
• $1,200 a week for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement
  
• Practical Mile Pay - For better earnings
• Higher Pay for Shorter Hauls - Higher CPMs for short distances to keep you whole
• Additional Pay - For stops, layovers, detention, and breakdowns
• Safety Bonuses
  Bonus and Additional Pay
  
• OTR and Regional Routes - OTR in the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest; regional hauls the northeast and Midwest
• Home Time - Home every weekend or every other weekend for a minimum of 48 hours
• $500 Orientation Pay - for 2.5 days in class
• Modern Fleet - All Freightliners, most under 2 years old. Plus, 2020 Freightliners are out!
• Truck Accessories - Refrigerators, satellite TV, and free Sirius XM Radio in most trucks
• 24/7 Road Service
• E-ZPass and I-Pass

• Valid CDL-A
• 22 years old
• 6 months recent tractor trailer experience.
• Meet DOT requirements. Pass company physical and drug screen.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents and 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No major violations in 3 years. No DWI/DUI convictions in 5 years.
