• Our Client Success Strategist is responsible for the growth of each of the agency's client relationships by delivering agency work that helps the clients succeed and builds long-term client-to-agency trust. They serve clients, communicate proactively, address any problems that may arise, and develop a close relationship with clients, with a view to maintaining a high retention and new business referral rate.
• This role acts in support of sales efforts. Clients transition to a Client Success Strategist after the completion of the initial discovery and strategy-writing process, and the Strategist manages the relationship thereafter.The Client Success Strategist's Responsibilities:External Responsibilities:
  • Manages the big-picture execution of brand strategies. Are we being successful? If not, what needs to change?
  • Responsible to delight the client and deliver what YCP promised, reporting back to clients on the big-picture highlights and successes of their active campaigns. Project managers report back on day-to-day or weekly details/status.
  • This role has a regular, inside sales function for new projects and service retainers that they achieve by unearthing client needs through intentional questioning and enveloping micro strategies to meet them.
  • Create new scopes of work, formulate budgets, and pitch new ideas
  • Along with the original new business rep, perform quarterly check-ins with each client
  • Responsible to retain qualified clients and to generate new referrals for the new business teamInternal Responsibilities:
    • This role is supported by the Project Manager who will execute the specific projects that are sold as part of a campaign or retainer
    • Translates client needs into specific creative project briefs, identifying the specific goal(s) of the project, budget, and timeline to hand off the Project ManagerRequirements for Success:
      • BA/BS degree or equivalent
      • 4-5 years of experience minimum
      • Experience managing client accounts
      • Strong background in marketing strategy
      • Ability to identify account growth opportunities
      • Communication skills for regular client interaction
      • A commitment to our core values
