As theTechnology Implementtion Consultant,you would primarily function behind the scenes supporting the Forum team while still holding an important part of service client relationship. Your position would work independently yet collaborate with internal staff and external persons frequently, to ensure efficient handling of administrative processes for Forum clients. Problem solving and attention to detail are crucial parts of maintaining accuracy and efficiency within the position.

  • Process employee enrollment changes (adds/terms/changes) in various carrier websites and benefit administration systems
  • Apply logic to identify discrepancies within data or processes
  • Work directly with insurance carriers to review and resolve enrollment issues or errors
  • Partner with Director of Technology to establish electronic carrier feeds between carriers and benefit administration systems
  • Review and analyze incoming carrier feed error reports, and handle responses or corrections needed
  • Conduct billing reconciliations on client accounts
  • Data entry into benefit administration systems, as well as carrier or third-party administrator sites
  • Assist with open enrollment process, working with internal staff, along with carriers
  • Maintain ongoing skills and knowledge needed to understand and oversee changes within carrier and third-party systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent education;Bachelors Degree helpful, but not required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative/customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in learning and operating within various computer programs and systems; experience with Employee Navigator and/or iSolved systems is highly beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of employee benefit programs is preferred.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and proficiency in Excel.
