If you're passionate about digital experiences that wow customers while working with an amazing group of people, then you'll fit right in.What You'll Do:Build a best-in-class digital experienceto delight our customers and elevate brand loyalty while interacting with our digital assets.Assist our customers to shift their interactions with Windstream to digital technology, supported with secure and user focused onboarding processes.Analyze and survey each touchpoint of thecustomerjourney to ensure it is not only effective but also engaging.Collaborate with cross functional team of developers, UI/UX professionals, graphic designers, Q/A experts, and marketers to crowd source ideas and recommendations to develop new functionality that will deliver a competitive edge.Plan, write and develop digital content, such as online guidance, community posts, training, and blogs.Analyze behavioral mapping across platforms to optimize of the user experience.Perform business validation to ensure newly developed functionality meets all user acceptance criteria.Identify truly innovative product features that deliver a competitive advantage and an exceptional user experience.Do You Have?Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Product/Systems Development/Management, BA/PM.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Ability to work independently with limited supervision from requirements to development delivery.Efficiently work under pressure to meet deadlines, and when necessary stretch extra hours to complete assigned task.Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile and telecommunications industry products and services a plus.Digital assets include Customer Portals, Live Chat Messaging, AI Bot Technology, Mobile Apps, Communities, Email/SMS Notifications, Platform Integration, and Online Product Management ToolsEven Better: Mobile B2B, service delivery, eCommerce, and order management experience.Experience conceptualizing and managing online portals.UI/UX Design and usability knowledge.Experience with current and emerging intranet and extranet portal technologies.Our Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans401K PlanHealth & Flexible Savings AccountLife and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance PlansEducational Assistance PlanIdentity Theft, Legal, Auto & Home and Pet Insurance [ Link Removed ] Windstream is an equal opportunity employer.
