Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for answering incoming phone calls and handling a variety of clerical service duties. Duties also include providing administrative support to the manager in helping coordinate travel, trade shows and other sales support functions. Answering inbound calls from BWI outside sales staff regarding products, their appropriate usage and availability. Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls from/to potential customers to support overall sales and marketing program. Entering phone and will call orders.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist sales personnel by enhancing communication with customer base and outside salesAnswer inbound calls from potential customers calling to place an order or inquire about a product(s). Explaining BWI's product line availability, credit policies and delivery Forwarding credit applications, catalogs and any other sales materials to potential customers to promote business.Enter phone orders from existing customers into computerCall existing customer base to make aware of new product details, promotions, events, and meeting their product needs. Telemarketing BWI promotions and events to potential customer base.Help to resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customerSKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED); Bachelor's degree a plus.Experience: One to two years related industry experienceComputer Skills: Competent data entry skills in AS-400
